What is this job all about?

We are looking for a fast-paced Video Editor / Motion Designer (f/m/d) to create high-volume marketing content for mobile games. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling and editing skills, a good sense of pacing and audio, and can deliver engaging content quickly in a performance-driven, AI-supported environment.

What will you be doing?

• Create marketing video ads for mobile games;

• Edit multiple new videos using existing assets and materials & use AI tools to create new materials when needed, on a weekly basis;

• Own the entire video production cycle (gather assets, edit, polish audio, color, motion export with technical requirements in multiple ratios/durations/localisations (as required), properly named and backup projects and assets as agreed;

• Set up and organize video libraries;

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams in the production of video creatives; 

• Support other team members in finalizing video projects;

• Use AI tools to support content creation and workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing or motion design;

• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content that demonstrates your ability to shape clear messages, short narrative stories (preferably marketing video ads between 30-60 seconds);

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with strong editing skills and the ability to manage complex video projects;

• Good understanding of Adobe After Effects, including the ability to open existing projects, replace materials, make minor timing adjustments, and export final compositions;

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, with the capability to handle assets, prepare materials for video, and utilize pre-made templates effectively;

• Strong storytelling and editing sense, feeling for timing is really important;

• Good level of English, both written and spoken, enabling clear communication and understanding of project requirements;

• A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges;

• Willingness to use Generative AI tools to create new material.

Amaze us with:

• Experience with AI-generated content/tools is a strong plus;

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (or other editing software, but use of Adobe tools is mandatory for this role);

• Your other portfolio works showcasing creativity and great editing skills.
