What is this job all about?

We keep developing, and our strategy team is growing. We’re currently looking for a Strategy Associate (f/m/d).

What will you be doing?

• Identification of opportunities for improvement and execution of such projects/initiatives (especially within the area of growth, game production teams, and business development). Project work will include gathering and analyzing information, and formulating and testing hypotheses.

• End-to-end lead, coordinate & manage projects, by keeping the schedule, quality, and scope on track through proper risk and escalation management.

• Implementation of strategic organizational projects across product & supporting functions.

• Work together with Growth Managers and Product teams to align goals, incentives, KPIs, and communication across functions;

• Preparation and analysis of the selected budget.

• Conduct market analysis, customer & competition research.

• Develop strategic recommendations to improve and evolve the business.

• Work on company strategy development.
  

What are we looking for?

• University degree (majors: finance, management, economics, or related).

• 2 - 5 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big Four), having realized at least a few projects for clients (preferably on projects related to marketing, gaming, technology, or digital businesses).

• An analytical mindset, including distinctive problem-solving skills, looking for unified solutions, and the ability to see the big picture.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.

• Evidence of end-to-end project leadership with a hands-on ownership mindset.

• A goal-oriented, well-organized, and highly efficient.

• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Tableau & SQL would be an asset.

• Excellent business English (written & spoken).
  

Amaze us with:

• Experience working in free-to-play mobile games;

• Experience with monetization systems, LiveOps, or ad monetization;

• Familiarity with ASO, performance marketing, or creative strategy.
