What is this job all about?

In the R&D team, our Business Intelligence Analysts help improve the gaming experience for our players. You'll use numbers, insights, and strategy to work closely with different teams. As a data enthusiast, you'll turn data into recommendations for our Product Management colleagues. Whether you're analyzing data or sharing your findings with team leaders, you'll be a key player in enhancing the gaming world!

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with development and production teams, analyzing game aspects like performance, retention, churn rate, and more;

• Creating and optimizing tools and reports in order to improve our product.

• Setting KPIs and initiating hypotheses for A/B tests that aim at the optimization of income during the whole life cycle of players’ life.

• Proactively share insights with the game team, suggest process improvements, and shape analytics practices;

• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and support others in using them effectively;

• Initiating changes based on observation of players.

• Updating product teams about player behaviors and statistics.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of professional experience in any kind of product analytical role (nice to have experience in an e-commerce sector and in the gaming industry).

• High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL;

• Data-driven critical thinker with analytical experience;

• Coding skills in Python (experience with relevant libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)

• Background in scientific studies (computer science, mathematics, physics);

• Strong problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing large datasets;

• Passionate about the mobile gaming industry;

• Prior experience using Tableau.

• Fluent in Polish and English.
