What is this job all about?
We are looking for a highly autonomous Playable Ads Developer (f/m/d) to join our Creative Production team. You will be the sole technical owner of our interactive ad suite. Your mission is to transform game mechanics and creative concepts into lightweight, high-performance "mini-games" that drive millions of installs across global ad networks.

What will you be doing?
End-to-End Development: Take a creative concept from the design team and build the full playable experience from scratch.
Platform Optimization: Ensure playables meet strict "single-file" and size constraints (often <5MB) for Meta, AppLovin, Google, and more.
Asset Management: Work with 2D/3D assets, optimizing textures and animations for web performance without losing visual quality.
A/B Testing & Iteration: Quickly modify gameplay variables (difficulty, speed, CTA timing) based on performance data.
Technical Troubleshooting: Debug cross-browser and cross-device issues (iOS/Android) to ensure a seamless user experience.
What are we looking for?
Experience: 3+ years in game development or creative coding, specifically with HTML5-based engines.
Autonomy: Proven ability to work as a solo developer—setting up your own pipelines and solving technical roadblocks without a lead dev.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with web-native engines like Cocos Creator, PlayCanvas, or Phaser.
Network Knowledge: Deep understanding of MRAID and specific ad network technical requirements.
Creative Eye: You don't just "code to spec"—you understand what makes a game feel "juicy" (animations, particles, haptics).
