What is this job all about?

We’re looking for a Project & People Manager to join the Growth Team at Ten Square Games.

This team of nearly 30 talented professionals is focused on key areas such as creation, marketing data analysis, user acquisition, ASO, and influencer marketing.
In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds projects and people together, working closely with the Head of Growth, Technical Leaders, the Team, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and high-impact outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Taking ownership of project execution and delivering high-quality results;

• Crafting and maintaining delivery plans with the team, tracking progress, and adapting as needed;

• Boosting teamwork, ensuring smooth communication, and leading the team by motivating, resolving challenges, and keeping everyone aligned toward success;

• Working cross-team, supporting tech leads and collaborating across sub-teams to ensure coordinated efforts and mutual alignment;

• Streamlining processes and enforcing best practices;

• Identifying risks and proactively solving challenges to keep projects on track;

• Hosting engaging project meetings (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and even social gatherings);

• Recruiting and onboarding new team members, while actively supporting their growth through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback. You’ll also motivate the team, approve vacations and development budgets, and create an environment where people can thrive and feel supported.

What are we looking for?

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in project management or Scrum Master roles;

• Strong time management skills and the ability to organize tasks in a fast-moving environment;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - collaborating effectively, resolving conflicts, and keeping the team motivated;

• A solid grasp of prioritization - ensuring that tasks align with set goals and timelines;

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset;

• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level);

• Knowledge of product development, project lifecycles, and agile methodologies;

• Experience with teamwork organizing tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello);

• A charismatic, responsible, and engaged approach to work.
