What is this job all about?
Want to have a real impact on how players experience the game every day? We’re looking for a Junior Product Specialist (LiveOps) to join our team!
In this role, you’ll combine data, creativity, and business thinking to create engaging in-game events, improve monetization, and make decisions that directly impact the game’s performance.

Job requirements
What will you be doing?
Managing and designing challenging and satisfying events and activities for the players;
Developing and improving the current formula of in-game events based on collected data;
Defining new goals to improve live ops strategy and scheduled in-game events;
Creating new efficient methods of monetization and optimisation of revenues;
Defining monthly sales strategy and plan promotions to maximise virtual goods revenue;
Analysing game metrics to identify opportunities for optimising performance, incl. conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value;
Cooperating with internal engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools while taking care of the game economy;
Analysing the game industry, its products, and market;
Monitoring business competitors.
What are we looking for?
1+ years of working experience, preferably in the online industry;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze facts and draw conclusions;
High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership;
Good management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently;
Knowledge of the gaming industry, MMOs, and other kinds of online games is beneficial;
Passion for working in a performance-driven company with many opportunities to grow personally and professionally;
Precision, scrupulousness, attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, flexibility;
Knowledge of Google Sheets Formulas, Git, and Jira is beneficial;
Very good command of English and Polish, which allows for free communication in everyday work.
