We’re on the lookout for a Junior Game Designer Intern to join our team in Wrocław. Are you the future gaming hero we’re looking for? If you're eager to take on creative challenges while learning how to analyze data and improve results, this internship is made for you! We’re not just looking for any intern – we’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated, and ready to grow. Take a moment to reflect:

• Do you know the basics of game design and love creating fun gameplay ideas?

• Do you like spotting what makes a game great — and what could be better?

• Are you excited to turn ideas into playable features and see them come to life in a real game?

• Do you like taking ownership and getting things done without being micromanaged?

What will you be doing?

• Assist the Game Design team in daily tasks like feature documentation and balancing content;

• Research competing games and emerging trends in the mobile market;

• Support QA and testing of new features from a design perspective;

• Learn how to work with tools like Google Sheets, JIRA, and internal editors;

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

What are we looking for?

• A strong interest in mobile games and trends in gaming;

• Basic understanding of how games are structured and balanced;

• Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic formulas, logic);

• Prior experience in game jams, prototypes, or game design studies is a plus;

• Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and curiosity about the game industry;

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• Fluent in Polish and good English (min. B2 level);

• Availability for at least 3 months of paid internship;

• Student status - nice to have.

Piece of advice:

It’s worth taking a moment to think about which role suits you best. Applying for several positions at once doesn’t really increase your chances. In fact, it might make it seem like you’re not sure what you’re looking for.
