At Ten Square Games, we believe great games come from great teams. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to have a real impact, not just on processes, but on people, leadership, and how we work together every day.
As an HRBP, you won’t just “support” the business – you’ll be a part of it. You’ll partner with leaders, co-create solutions, and help drive change in a fast-moving, people-centric environment.

Job requirements
What will you be doing?
Be a strategic partner to leaders
Work hand-in-hand with managers and leads, helping them build strong, effective teams.
Coach and challenge leaders, and support them in making people-related decisions.
Influence business outcomes through smart HR thinking.
Build people & culture strategy
Co-create and execute people strategies aligned with team and company goals.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, engagement, and collaboration.
Translate business challenges into scalable HR solutions.
Own core HR processes
Create, improve, and lead multiple HR processes. Ensure compliance, but think beyond it.
Provide proactive and data-informed HR advisory.
Drive learning & development
Design and manage learning initiatives that support employee growth.
Facilitate workshops and team sessions to boost the learning experience.
Be a culture advocate
Act as a first point of contact for employees in your teams in HR-related matters, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Drive initiatives to boost employee experience, motivation, and strengthen TSG’s culture and values.
What are we looking for?
3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (preferably in a tech or product-driven environment).
Thorough knowledge of HR processes and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills – you know how to build trust at every level.
Experience working with leadership teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset – you see the bigger picture, but know how to get things done.
Curiosity, drive, and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
Fluency in Polish and English (we're an international team!).
Amaze us with:
Coaching background or strong facilitation skills.
