What is this job all about?
This role bridges Product and Growth, helping define and execute strategies that boost game performance and player engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally to lead growth-focused projects, connect business and product goals, and support strategic decision-making across teams.
Job requirements
What will you be doing?
Act as a strong growth advocate within the product team, bringing a business mindset and strategic thinking into everyday decisions.
Design and implement branding and marketing strategies that directly contribute to the growth of our games.
Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, UA, ASO, Creative, Influencer Marketing, VIP - to plan and execute high-impact campaigns.
Deeply understand our games and support both Product and Growth with insights on feature planning, monetization opportunities, and roadmap priorities.
Identify and analyze target audiences, ensuring the product meets user needs while helping the Growth Team tailor its strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with Growth Managers to align goals, share learnings, and drive initiatives across teams and titles.
Lead and support strategic projects focused on improving cooperation between Product and Growth, especially in areas like monetization, user retention, and game performance.
Coordinate and implement long-term organizational projects related to growth strategy.
Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations that shape the future direction of the company and product portfolio.
What are we looking for?
2 - 5 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm (e.g. MBB, Big Four), realizing at least a few projects for clients.
An analytical mindset, including distinctive problem-solving skills, looking for unified solutions, and the ability to see the big picture.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
Evidence of end-to-end project leadership with hands on ownership mindset.
A goal-oriented, well-organized, and highly efficient.
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Tableau & SQL would be an asset.
Excellent business English (written & spoken).
