What is this job all about?

Ten Square Games is looking for a Game Project Manager. If you are passionate about project management, and the gaming industry and you are eager to develop your skills while working with experts, don't hesitate and apply!


What will you be doing?

  • Helping the Product Manager in coordinating tasks;

  • Enforcing implementation of process changes;

  • Optimizing communication and team’s work on tasks;

  • Identifying and mitigating risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality;

  • Taking responsibility and committing to delivering high-quality results;

  • Creating the delivery plan in cooperation with the team, monitoring progress and changes;

  • Organizing project meetings (daily, planning, refinements, retrospectives, social gatherings, etc.);

  • Hiring, onboarding, and taking care of new team members.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 2-5 years of practical experience in project management/Scrum Master roles;

  • Good time management skills, ability to organize tasks for others in a dynamic environment;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, keep set guidelines and deadlines;

  • Be independent and have initiative in taking up actions and looking for solutions;

  • Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;

  • Fluent in Polish and English (min. B2);

  • Basic knowledge and experience in Project Management;

  • Be charismatic, responsible, and engaged in work.


It would be great if you:
  • Knowledge of product development, project lifecycle, and familiarity with agile project management frameworks;

  • Professional Scrum Master certificate;

  • Knowledge of teamwork organizing tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello);

  • Experience in organizing work in a team;

  • Knowledge of the games industry.
