What is this job all about?

We’re looking for an Art Project Manager to join the Fishing Clash Team at Ten Square Games.

Are you passionate about organizing creative chaos into a well-structured production flow? As an Art Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the work of our talented art team - 2D artists, 3D artists, concept artists, and other creative professionals - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the game’s visual vision.

This isn’t just about keeping timelines in check - it’s about actively supporting a team of passionate creatives. You’ll be the go-to person for planning and prioritization, but also for day-to-day guidance, feedback, and development. You’ll take part in performance reviews, recruitment processes, and team growth initiatives. Among other things, you’ll help foster a healthy team culture, facilitate communication, support onboarding, and contribute to shaping team rituals and development frameworks.

If you enjoy being at the heart of a creative team, balancing structure with flexibility, and helping others do their best work in a collaborative environment - this role is for you!
