What is this job all about?

We keep developing, and our teams are growing. We’re currently looking for a Senior Lead Artist!

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and maintaining the final look of the game;
  • Sharing feedback and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to 2D and 3D Artists to ensure the successful execution of design projects;
  • Creating assets and actively participating in creating new localizations within the game.
  • Collaborating with Producer (Project Manager) to coordinate the planning of assets production;
  • Working closely with cross-functional partners and product managers to strengthen and scale the production pipeline as well as drive innovative solutions;
  • Eating, sleeping, and breathing 2D, 3D, and/or UI art and incorporating it into our new games.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in the art leader/coordinator position in game development (min. 2 years);

  • Exposure to Unity game engine;

  • Capacity to work independently as well as leading the art team;

  • Experience in 2D & 3D software, e.g. Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender etc.;

  • Demonstrated ability to produce top-quality assets;

  • Being passionate about games and having up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game design and visual communication;

  • Understanding the importance of User Interface design and its value importance;

  • Possessing knowledge and comprehension of the project's features;

  • Taking pride in what you do;

  • Value and respect feedback from your team;

  • Fluent English.
